Is this app beginner-friendly?
Yes. Courses 1 and 2 are free and are designed to introduce the method and let you experience the teaching style before unlocking the full course set.
How does licensing work?
Paypal handles payment. After purchase, you receive a license code. The app uses an internet connection once to validate and activate that code on your device. After activation, the app works offline. Courses 1 and 2 are free. Courses 3 through 6 require a valid license.
Is this a one-time payment or a subscription?
This is a one-time payment of $200 USD. It is not a subscription.
Do I need the internet to use the app?
An internet connection is required only to download the app and activate your license. After activation, the core app experience works offline.
Do I need an account?
No. No account is required. Your progress is saved locally on your machine.
Can I move my license to another computer?
No. Each license activates on one device only. Once activated, the license is permanently bound to that device and cannot be transferred or reset unless stated otherwise in our License Policy.
What happens if my computer is replaced, lost, damaged, or reformatted?
Licenses are issued for one device. If your device is lost, damaged, replaced, or reformatted, transfer or reactivation is not guaranteed unless stated in our License Policy.
Can I reinstall the app on the same computer?
Yes. You may reinstall the app on the same activated device, subject to successful license recognition and our License Policy.
What if I lose my license code?
Please keep your purchase email and license code in a safe place. If you lose your license details, contact support using the same purchase email address.
What if activation does not work?
If you have trouble activating your license, contact support and include your purchase email, license code, and a brief description of the issue.
What operating systems are supported?
The Drawing Matrix currently supports:
Windows 10 or later
macOS on Apple Silicon Macs
For best performance, we recommend a modern desktop or laptop with at least 8 GB of RAM, 1 GB of available storage, enabled speakers or headphones, and a keyboard and mouse or trackpad.
Additional notes:
Windows 10 compatibility has been confirmed.
The current macOS build has been confirmed on Apple Silicon.
Intel Mac support has not yet been confirmed.
Before purchasing, we recommend downloading and testing the free 2-course version first to confirm that The Drawing Matrix runs properly on your specific machine.
What is your refund policy?
Please review our Refund Policy before purchase for full details. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by that policy and applicable law.
Do you collect personal data?
Yes. For licensing, support, fraud prevention, and purchase verification, we may collect information such as your email address, license status, transaction details, and device-related activation data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
Do I receive certification, grades, or teacher feedback?
No. This is a self-paced drawing education app. It does not provide grades, accreditation, formal certification, or individualized instructor feedback unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Is the book included with the license?
No. The book is separate and is not included with the app license. It is currently not available.
